- Systematize the requirements of health self-management and wearables applications
- Selection of integration and interoperability tools
- Develop the instruments built on semantic technologies and Linked Open Data (OWL, RDF, SPARQL)

- Develop the components for the management of personal health records, interoperable with resulting health data repositories
